At Remote Campus, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. We understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our courses and services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Remote Campus offers refunds on paid courses under the following conditions: (a) The request is made within 7 days of purchase, (b) You have not completed more than 25% of the course content, (c) Technical issues on our part have prevented you from accessing the course.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at refunds@remotecampus.com. Include your full name, email address associated with your account, the course title, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds: (a) Subscription fees for Remote Campus Premium, (b) Individual mentorship sessions, (c) Courses or materials that have been downloaded or accessed beyond the 25% threshold, (d) Add-on services or materials purchased separately from a course.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds if you've accessed a significant portion of a course but are unsatisfied with the content. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payment Method
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.
6. Abuse of Refund Policy
Remote Campus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the refund policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and refunding courses.
7. Changes to Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to use Remote Campus after any changes to the Refund Policy, you accept and agree to the updated policy.
